Scottish Jazz Award winners Fat-Suit return to Inverness to showcase a selection of new songs which will be featured on their next album. This is the first time in over a year the group described as “the best band in British music full stop” (BBC Radio Scotland) have performed a headline show in Inverness…don’t miss out!
The Fat-Suit manifesto embraces a seamless mix of styles, but the top priority is to provoke maximum joy through exuberant performances and stunning recordings of original compositions. More and more people are switching on to the Fat-Suit experience, and telling others the great news – it is possible after all to have quality alongside quantity. Fat-Suit have built a large following in a very short space of time and word of mouth began almost immediately following their debut gig in 2013 at Mono Cafe Bar, a venue in Glasgow’s Merchant City district. Since then, Fat-Suit have recorded and released three albums of entirely original material, and consolidated their reputation as an amazing live act. They have embarked upon two European tours and won both ‘Best Band’ and ‘Best Album’ at the 2017 Scottish Jazz Awards.
