FRAS

Wild West Highland days and storming tune-fuelled nights have formed Fras. Their debut album, dile, is a bracing shower of melodies, a downpour of thundering rhythm with the occasional promise of sunshine.

Tha laithean garbh na Gàidhealtachd ‘s oidhcheannan fliucha ceòlmhor air Fras a chruthachadh. Tha an ciad clàr aca, dìle, na fras phort, na dhìle ruitheam le deagh theans de ghreisean ghrèine.

Angus Binnie from Cromarty on pipes and whistles, Murdo Cameron from Glenelg on guitar; Tam Kinsella from Arisaig on banjo, Kirsten MacLeod from Acharacle on accordion and Colin Masterton, Ballachullish on flutes and whistles.
