2018 is a new and exciting year for the Buglers, following the departure of Lead guitarist Steven Carle, the band have decided to go in a similar, but new direction. With the addition of Ken on the saxophone the band finally found the sound that they were looking for.
Prior to 2018 the band were kicking up quite a storm, playing legendary local festivals such as “Enjoy music Festival” “Bonfest” and “Stonehaven Beer festival” Having played these festivals the band have shared the stage with a few big acts such as “Example” and “Primal Scream” and played the main stage of “Bonfest” in 2016 to a sold out crowd.
This year is looking to be no exception as the band are currently recording a 4 track EP off the back of their Soundwaves battle of the bands win, and are booked to headline the 2018 show at the O2 ABC in February, with another O2 gig to be confirmed. As well as gigging extensively the band have also had a few appearances on local radio stations and have been featured in local papers, with more appearances to follow.
This will lead the band into a Scottish tour in March to lead the band into an eventful year.
