Anna Sweeney has had a special 2019. The release of singles “Way Back When” and “Change the Way I Dress”, both championed by BBC Radio Scotland, saw her take her first steps into an exciting new level of momentum. Her sparkling live shows rained hook-laden “proper pop” all year, including at Austin’s SXSW festival and King Tut’s Summer Nights Festival. Anna prides herself on skilful songwriting and attention to detail, and draws influence from pop heavyweights such as HAIM, Taylor Swift and Robyn. Lucille are a four piece rock band hailing for the north of Scotland. With driven bass and dynamic drum combos, mixed in some harmonious guitar melodies and a splash of gritty lyrics.

The Inevitable Teaspoons are a 5 piece R&B/rock band hailing from Aberdeen City and Shire. They love to play good time music, producing their own unique interpretation of R&B and rock sounds for your listening pleasure.
Introducing Emma Nelson a vocalist with a passionate, powerful, distinct voice who breathes life into the band’s many original compositions. Clear influences, amongst others, being Wanda Jackson and Brenda Lee. The band have a sound straight out of 50’s America mixed with neo-rock ‘n’ roll. Supported by one of the most experienced rhythm sections on the scene, Alan McCubbin (double bass) and Dave Cameron (drums) [both members of the legendary Frettones], are joined by two highly skilled musicians, Ryan Stewart (lead guitar) and Chris Stone (rhythm guitar), together they are Emma and The Ragmen. From a sold-out first appearance they were subsequently booked for a number of major festivals including the Rock Ridge Rumble 2016 and the Rockabilly Rave 2017.
