Norman + Ruairidh
Ruairidh Maclean is a very talented young accordian player from the Ulapool area. He started performing at the age of nine singing at various mods. He then went to music college to learn and study accordian music and has since been performing solo gigs all over Scotland and is currently also a member of The Rogues, a very popular five piece band from the Ulapool area playing some spiced up versions of Irish Folk songs (Pogues style ) along with some pub favourites. For some of his gigs he is accompanied by Norman MacLean on drums, also now a member of The Rogues but probably better known for being drummer with Inverness band BIRO and formerly of The Skyhooks. They will be playing an interesting mixture of traditional Scottish tunes along with some well known favourites cover songs.
