Amy Henderson & Brian Ó hEadhra

Amy Henderson is from the outskirts of Inverness, and plays the Accordion, whistle, step dancing, and she can also turn her hand to singing here and there! Her playing is a blend of many different styles influenced by musicians she has met along her musical path in various genres including Cajun,Scottish and blues.

Amy currently works on various community music settings, including Youth Music Inititiave programmes in primary schools throughout the Highlands, Music Box at Ross county Stadium, Dingwall and lifelong learning projects with Feis Rois.

Brian Ó hEadhra is an established and highly acclaimed musician & singer based in Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland.  He performs regularly with the Gaelic quartet Cruinn as well as with the trio Charlie McKerron (fiddle) and Sandy Brechin (accordion) in the trio MacKerron, Brechan & Ó hEadhra.

His music is possibly best known across the folk world through the band Anam which he established in Dublin in 1994.  Anam toured the world, released five albums and ceased performing in 2005.
