Kirkjuvagr Ceilidh Band
Popular within the traditional dance sector in Orkney, this five piece family band brings a special lilt to their repertoire of traditional scottish, irish and cajun tunes.
The band have also written several of their own tunes which bring together their own style with the influence of the West Coast Style. Adopting the norse word for Kirkwall as their name, The Kirkjuvagr Ceilidh Band are also know within and out with Orkney.
