Schnarff Schnarff

Five friends, from Inverness, who formed the band in 2012.

After a year of writing, the “staccato grunge pop” (as described by Vic Galloway) quintet were booked for their debut gig in August 2013 – at King Tuts in Glasgow.

Since then, they have enjoyed airtime on XFM, BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Radio 1, Amazing Radio & MFR.

Since releasing their debut five-track EP through label Electric Honey back in April, Schnarff Schnarff have headlined an evening at the King Tuts /XFM’s Summer Nights festival, headlined the sold-out Ironworks’ Easter Showcase, were selected and played at both the goNORTH festival in Inverness and on the goNORTH stage at the Wickerman Festival.

They also opened the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival’s main stage.

Other Humans

Other Humans began at the very beginning of 2015 through a shared interest in 80’s synth pop music.

They began to write and record demo versions of songs at PaulsHalls Studios. Following those sessions, Other Humans recorded and released their debut track “Valley” which is available as a free download via soundcloud. This was followed with their debut show in Broadcast, Glasgow where over 100 people crammed in to the basement venue.

The band were recently announced for this years T in the Park as one of the 16 Tbreak acts, having only played their first show a few weeks before.
